WINEV-MT411 - Short circuiting and grounding equipment NEVERS type, for MV overhead lines on bare conductors

Description

The equipment called NEVERS allows to the operator to ground and to short circuit the overhead lines up to 11 m heights without using rifters or without climbing on poles and pylon. The equipment allows moreover the operator to check the presence/absence of tension on overhead conductors up to 11 m fitting the voltage detector on the lowest element of the telescopic rod

Equipment contents

• 3 Light alloy auto-blocking contact clamp type PC-AB with automatic clamping of conductor in case of short circuit. Clamping capacity: round conductors Ø 3÷22 mm.
• 3 Insulating telescopic rods in 4 elements in aluminum with attack for voltage detector (not included) on the lower element. Extended length 6.60 m, folded length 1.86 m.
• High insulating rod type PVR3/495/FOR in vinylester resin tube reinforced by fiberglass, diameter Ø 40 mm, filled by closed cells polyurethane foam, certified in conformity with IEC 60855-1. Total length 4.95 m in 3 elements length 1,65 m each.
• Extraflexible electrolytic copper cables covered by transparent plastic sheath, section 35 mm2, length 10 m (other lengths on demand).
• 2 hexagonal CH18 earth rod type 6041.00.
• Rod lifting system to install it on one of the two earth rods, type WI/DSF.
• Rotating cable coiler with earth clamp to install on the other earth rods type WI/BARM.
• Heavy fabric bag for the transport of the aluminium and insulating rods, earth rods and lifting system
