The Flammable Gas Detector of the PCE-FGD series can be used in a variety of ways to protect against explosive atmospheres. With more than 20 different flammable gases that can be monitored, almost all applications will be covered. Whether in industry, research or development, the Flammable Gas Detector of the PCE-FGD series always ensures continuous safety. The risk of an explosive atmosphere being formed is significantly minimized with this Flammable Gas Detector.
The integrated standard signal output from the Flammable Gas Detector is compatible with any common process display, display recorder or process control. The evaluation of the measurement signal of this gas warning device can thus be easily integrated into existing processes. It is also possible to pass on the measurement signal to existing gas warning systems with standard signal input and potential-free contacts. Due to the IP65 degree of protection and the robust ABS plastic housing, harsh environmental conditions are no problem.
The mechanical installation of the Flammable Gas Detector of the PCE-FGD series is very simple due to the compact housing. This can be carried out directly via corresponding mounting holes in the housing or through optionally available wall brackets or mounting plates. Commissioning, maintenance or replacement of the sensor elements of the gas warning devices can be carried out quickly and easily by PCE service technicians.
